Returns and Exchanges
We work hard to send out high quality products that all of our customers will love, but occasionally a size or style just doesn't work out. If that is the case for you, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your package for more information on a return or exchange.
To exchange your product, you should first contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery. If you need a different size we are happy to exchange your item considering the item is unworn, in new condition and size you need is currently available. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, but we will cover the costs of shipping the new item back to you (on the first occurrence). If you wish to exchange for another product, you may return your item for a store credit of the original purchase price. Credits are issued in the form of a coupon code that you can use on your next purchase, these coupons cannot be combined with any other discounts and are valid for 60 days.
To return your product, you should first contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unworn and in the original packaging. Please note that if the item is not received in new condition (ex: signs of wear, wrinkled, perfumes, etc), it will not qualify for a refund. If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, thank you for understanding.
