HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?
We strive to use only the softest and stretchiest fabrics available and therefor our beanies tend to fit very well (and much better than store bought beanies). We suggest always ordering by the age found on our size chart (even if you think you're child has a "big" head or wears bigger clothes) unless the listing specifically says you can size up. Our tags are reversible, so all beanies can be worn unfolded for a slouchy look, or folded at the bottom for a cuffed look. Please see our size chart here for more info.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently ship to the US, Canada, Australia and other select countries. If you live in another country where shipping is not available and would like to inquire about making a purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. For upgraded shipping options please email us as well.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Our turn around time is typically 2-5 days. (Please see the banner at the top of the website for updates, turn around time may be longer during sales and holidays.)
*Turn around time refers to the average amount of days after ordering that the item will ship. We ship first class with USPS. Shipping time to the US is typically 2-5 days and depends on the post office/weather/location/etc.
SHIPPING COSTS (in USD) -USA: $4 flat (We occasionally have specials for free shipping if your order exceeds a certain amount, this is displayed on the banner at the very top of the website and is automatically applied to your order at checkout when applicable.)
CANADA: $10 flat

We ship via USPS first class international, the average delivery time is 1-2 weeks, but on rare occasion can take from 2-6 weeks. *IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches your country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by individual country. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you'll want to contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. Your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. HOW DO I WASH MY PRODUCTS?
The care instructions vary by fabric, therefore you will find individual washing instructions at the bottom of each listing. When in doubt, we recommend spot cleaning. Most products can be machine washed on cold, with like colors then lay/flat reshape to dry. All of our products are professionally sewn and serged, but some fabrics may shrink and change shape in the wash. Click here for detailed instructions.

We add new and/or limited edition items every Sunday at 3pm Pacific time! These items are previewed on our Instagram a few days before, then posted to the website homepage once available.
